[PATCH 1/4] Documentation: remove subproject index links deep in the structure

Patch content 65 changed files

The idea of having .. only:: subproject and html    Indices   =======    * :ref:`genindex` in index.rst pages is to add the index link to the main page of thesubproject when doing SPHINXDIRS builds. There's no such need deeper inthe documentation structure, and we can safely get rid of them. In alllikelihood, it's just cargo culted and copy-pasted.
