Commit 918327e9b7ff ("ubsan: Remove CONFIG_UBSAN_SANITIZE_ALL")removed the CONFIG_UBSAN_SANITIZE_ALL configuration option. Updatethe Chinese documentation accordingly and revise the document formatby the way.
